Cost Of Living
San Andreas delivers big-city vibes without the bank-breaking price tag of places like Liberty City. Ranked as the 38th most expensive state in the country, it’s cheaper than Vice City, San Fierro, or Las Venturas. SAMS medics don’t have to crash in downtown Los Santos, so you’re free to snag your dream safehouse anywhere from Vinewood Hills to the Sandy Shores trailer parks.
Weather
Hate snow? San Andreas is your spot. Its sunny, SoCal-inspired climate means mild winters and endless summer vibes, with palm trees and desert cacti thriving year-round. Temperatures swing from chilly 43ºF nights in January to scorching 91ºF days in July. Watch out for rare rainstorms that’ll slick up the roads for your next getaway.
Food
Come to San Andreas hungry—this state’s obsessed with grub. Locals are already plotting their next burger before breakfast is over. From greasy Cluckin’ Bell chicken to taco trucks slinging spicy street eats, San Andreas is a foodie’s dream with a side of danger. Grab a Sprunk, dodge a drive-by, and wash it down with a cocktail from a Vespucci Beach bar.
Festivals
Think San Andreas is exaggerating when it calls itself the Party Capital of the World? Step up to a street race or a bar brawl and prove us wrong. With wild events every weekend—celebrating everything from lowriders and EDM raves to chili cook-offs and biker rallies—the state’s always buzzing. Check the in-game event calendar for this year’s lineup and plan your next hustle.
Family
San Andreas isn’t just for kingpins; it’s got spots for the whole crew. From the Ferris wheel at Del Perro Pier to off-road adventures in the Grand Senora Desert, there’s no shortage of family-friendly fronts for your shady dealings. The state’s “every man for himself” vibe is unmatched, but tight-knit hoods like Chamberlain Hills keep it real. With 216 sunny days a year, you’ve got endless chances to explore the beaches, mountains, and dusty backroads—just watch for cops or rival gangs..
Why San Andreas EMS
San Andreas EMS is the frontline of this state’s madness, patching up bullet holes and burnouts in the heat of the action. Our crews roll with souped-up ambulances and cutting-edge gear, ready to race through gridlocked Los Santos traffic or dodge explosions in Blaine County. Whether you’re saving lives or running side hustles, joining SAMS puts you in the driver’s seat of San Andreas’ wildest moments.
Advanced EMTs
In 2025, San Andreas EMS launched a specific scope of practice for the newest ceritification level, AEMT. After the implimentation of AEMTs to NREMT in 2013, the scope of practice has been under utilized, often leading to AEMTs practice at the EMT level. With the growing need for ALS providers San Andreas EMS implimented the AEMT level into their field response. Since their launch, the AEMTs have fit seamlessly into ALS response, only having to turn over the care to a paramedic level response 3% of the time.
