Retention Pay Incentives
- Newly hired EMTs and Advanced = $10,000 after first Month
- Newly hired Paramedics = $40,000 after first Month
Monthly Special Pay Incentives
- Specialized units = $15,000 per Month
- Activity Incentives = After 20 hours you get overtime pay for each hour at time and a half
- Referral pay: $25,000 upon hire and $25,000 after one Month with SAMS
